This shop is run by Felix Bodden, an illusionist based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Buying anything here means you accept what is written below. If you do not agree with something, please do not buy — write to us first and we will explain it.
We sell digital teaching material for magicians: video explanations, written notes and, where they apply, printable templates. These are downloads and online access, not physical objects. Nothing is shipped.
Each product page states what is included and what you need in order to perform the effect. If something is not listed there, assume it is not included.
When you buy an effect you get a personal, non-transferable licence to learn it and use it. Specifically, you may:

If we find material of ours being distributed, we will close the account it came from without a refund, and we will take whatever further action is available to us. We would much rather never have to do that.
All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal, which handles the whole transaction on its own systems. We never see or store your card details.
Your bank or PayPal may add currency conversion charges. Those are outside our control and are not part of the price shown here.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order that was already paid.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, your material appears in your library and you receive an email with an access link. With PayPal this normally takes seconds.
To open your library you enter the email address you paid with and we send you a one-time link. There is no password to remember or lose.
We intend to keep your access available permanently. If the shop ever closes, we will give reasonable notice so you can download what you bought.
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be refunded: what you buy is a secret, and once it has been revealed there is nothing to return. Please read the trailer, the description and the Refund Policy carefully before paying, and ask us anything you are unsure about — we would rather answer questions than take money for the wrong product.
This does not affect our obligation to deliver what you paid for. If a file is missing, a video will not play or you were charged twice, we fix it. The full detail is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Access is tied to your email address. Keep control of that inbox: anyone who can read it can request an access link to your library. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
We may suspend access if we see the material being shared, if a payment is reversed, or if the account is used to attack or abuse the site.
We teach methods that work; we cannot promise you will perform them well. Results depend on your practice, your audience and your presentation.
We do our best to keep the site running at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will never be down. Nothing here is sold as suitable for any particular purpose beyond learning and performing the effect described.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update this page. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Substantive changes will be reflected in the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Santo Domingo. If you are buying as a consumer from another country, this does not remove rights that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
